Elgin Echo, Thur., 12 Nov. 1903.

Herman Snitker, a German farmer, of West Ludlow, committed suicide by cutting his throat. He had been in poor health for some time.

NOTE: The Woodmansee book lists a Herman Snitker 1855 / 26 Oct. 1903 as buried in Salem cemetery. The IGPP shows a gravestone photo of a Herman Snitker with a death date given by it's submitter as 25 Oct. 1902 in the Salem cemetery.

Submitter is not related.
