Marquette News in the McGregor Times, and re-printed in the Postville Herald, Thursday, 3 February 1921.

Leonard Gallagher, a young man about 25 years old, was struck by Freight No. 66 just below the Scrogum home, Sunday afternoon. He was taken to the Clark Hospital where he died about a couple hours later. He was subject to epilepsy and it is thought he was taken with a seizure and laid down by the edge of the track. His home is at Yellow River.
