At his home, six miles north of Postville, on Thursday, November 29th, 1894, Enoch H. Bollman, aged 52 years, 7 months and 4 days.

He was born in Muskingum Co., Ohio, in 1842, moving with his parents to Allamakee Co., Iowa, in 1855, where he has resided until his death. He was married to Miss Mahuldah E. Bates, Oct. 6, 1867, and has since resided on his farm in Post township. He has been an invalid of paralysis for 21 years and has been confined to his bed for over two years. He has been a member of the M.E. church at Frankville, Iowa, for about 29 years. He was a kind and loving father and has strong faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are satisfied that he is at rest in heaven. He leaves a wife, four sons and many friends to mourn his loss.

The funeral services were held at the M.E. church at Frankville at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1st, 1894. The body was laid to rest in the Frankville cemetery.
