DIED- At the residence of C. S. Fay, in Rockford, Iowa, Dec. 2nd, Mrs. Lyons, aged 81 years, 1 month and 24 days.

Deceased was born in Windham Co., Conn., 8 Oct. 1815. She was married to Levi Lyons in Ohio, 1 Sept. 1831. She was the mother of 8 children, 2 sons and 6 daughters, all but 1 daughter surviving. Mr. Lyons died 9 Nov. 1892.

The funeral services were held at the home of C. S. Fay, Rev. Taggart and Rev. Ely officiating.

The editor of the Review adds: Mrs. Lyons formerly resided in this vicinity and was the mother of Mrs. Dr. Brown, and the older residents will remember her.
