The tenderest sympathies of the people of Postville and vicinity are with Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Peterson and family of this city, whose heads are bowed with grief almost too great for human hearts to bear in the loss of their beloved daughter and sister, Aileen, a bright and lovable girl of about fourteen years, who on Tuesday evening succumed to an acute attack of appendicitis after a very brief illness and in spite of all that medical skill and tender care could do.

The funeral will be held from the Community Presbyterian church next Sunday afternoon.

Friends of Aileen are requested to call at the home before the funeral hour.
