Douglas All

Douglas Ladd All, of Postville, passed away Thursday, June 11, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, following a brief illness. He was 52.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, June 13, at the Schutte-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Postville. Inurnment will be held at the Postville Cemetery.

Doug was born on July 7, 1956, Omaha, Neb., to Robert and Patricia (Dostal) All.

Doug graduated from Sioux Falls High School, Sioux Falls, S.D., and attended the South Dakota School of Mines for two years. He lived in Houston, Texas, for a few years managing several different clubs in that area. Doug then moved to Postville, and worked at Agri-Processors until declining health.
Doug was an EMT and Fireman for many years and was known as an entrepreneur. He loved spending time with his nieces and will be deeply missed by the many family and friends who knew him. Doug will be remembered for having a big caring heart.

Doug was preceded in death by his father, Robert All and his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Survivors include his mother, Patricia All, Postville; sister, Terri (Larry) Downing, Postville; nieces, Holly and Kayla; and sister, Mindy (Jay) Johnson, West Burlington.
