Helen M. Reddy, 93, of Chicago, IL passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2008 in Chicago. Funeral services were held Monday, March 10 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Waukon, with Fr. Joseph Schneider officiating. Burial was in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Waukon. Hanson Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

Helen was born June 21, 1914 in Lansing to Harvey and Katherine (Hathaway) Feuerhelm. After graduating high school, she worked as an accounting clerk and lived in Waukon, Lansing and Chicago. She married William Reddy April 28, 1938 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Waukon. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and also enjoyed crocheting and crossword puzzles.

Survivors include two daughters, Karen Kostecka of Chicago, IL and Patricia Rogers of Aurora, CO; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters, Ruth Kelleher and Edith Daman; and one brother, John Feuerhelm.

Casketbearers were special family and friends.
