Mr. R.H. Lee, who for about two years past was a resident of our city, and was engaged in the milling business, died at his residence in South Lansing, last Saturday, of Consumption.

He was aged 35 years and three months and was a gentleman of most exemplary habits, greatly esteemed by all who knew him.

The disease was contracted in Andersonville prison of which he was an inmate during the war. The remains left here by cars last Monday, accompanied by his wife and his two little children, and his only brother. They will be taken to Granby, Conn., where he was born, and where his relatives now reside.

The widow and fatherless children have the sincere condolence and heartfelt sympathy of our entire community.
