Home With the Angels - Pretty, chubby little Cora A., aged six months and a half, daughter of Charles A. and Anna Purdy has "Climbed the Golden Stair" and has gone to make her home with the angels, leaving behind her to mourn those who only can know what bitter grief it is to lose the first born and idol of the household.

She died last Sunday morning, of whooping cough, of which she had been afflicted but a short time.

The funeral took place on Monday and was well attended. Pure, spotless little lamb. Thou has left behind thee an
"Empty little cradle
And lonely little grave
Oh, heart all crushed and broken -
God help me to be brave.
Gone baby, gone - but I know where;
I'll trust thee to my Savior's care."
