Died, in this city, on Tuesday morning, the 4th inst., of lung fever, Henry Mueller, aged 77 years and 11 months.

The deceased was born in Bavaria. He came to America about 20 years ago, making his home for a number of years in Washington county, Wisconsin, near Milwaukee. In 1868 he removed to Lansing, since which time he has made this city his home.

Mr. Mueller was a fine old gentleman in every sense of the word, whose pure christian life was a daily example for those around him, and among the different nationalities of our city he leaves many friends to extol his virtues and mourn his demise.

He leaves an aged wife and three grown up children in deepest sorrow for the loss of a kind, faithful and affectionate husband and father.

The funeral takes place this afternoon from the German Church, of which he has long been a most consistent and attentive member.
