Undertaker Saam had a funeral yesterday in the Swede settlement in Center township. Mrs. Johanna Swenson passed away, aged 79 years, and was buried from the Swedish Baptist church. she had resided in the township for over fifty years.

Note: Wife of Peter J., 1822-1878, both buried Center Baptist cemetery. Her stone gives dates: 9/16/1827 - 2/2/1907
