William Frederick Sanderman, brother of Simon Sanderman, passed away at the home of his brother near Rex last Saturday following an illness of some time.

William Frederick Sanderman was born May 21, 1869, near Waukon, Ia., and died December 22, 1928, near Newberg, Ore., aged 59 years, 1 months and 1 day.

He grew to young manhood near the place of his birth in Iowa and then went to Lexington, Nebr., where he lived for 16 years. He came west in 1914 and located in Oregon, making his home with his brother, Simon, ever since that time.

When a young man he joined the Presbyterian church and remained a member until the time of his death.
Mr. Sanderman was noted for his quiet manners and his steady life.

Four brothers and two sisters survive the deceased.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday from the Presbyterian church in this city, Rev. George H. Lee officiating. Interment followed in the Evergreen Memorial cemetery near McMinnville.

Will Sanderman Passes Away At Rex, Oregon
Relatives hereabouts received news last week of the death of Will Sanderman who resided with his brother Simon at Rex, Oregon. He was 59 years of age and had been away from this section about 33 years. Besides his brother Simon he is survived by three brothers and two sisters, namely: Fred of this city; Otto of Ludlow township, Ed and Mrs. August Hesse of Union Prairie, and Mrs. John Flafe[sic] of Waukon.

Burial took place near the Oregon Home.
