We learn from Supt. Hinchon that a man named Owen Quigly, of Union Prairie township was thrown from his wagon and run over by his team becoming unmanagable, last Saturday near Ells' place where he had stopped to water. The wagon was loaded with lumber.
Quigly lived but a few moments. He was found with one of the wheels resting upon his body and his hands firmly grasping the reins of the team.
He was a sober and highly respected citizen of Union Prairie.
