BELLOWS, FRUECHTE, GANTENBEIN, GABBOTT

New Albin, Ia. - Porter Bellows, 83, New Albin, died Friday at New Albin after a short illness.

Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Grace Methodist Church, the Rev. Frank W. Cass officiating. Burial was in the New Albin Cemetery.

Bellows, who had been living alone, was found unconscious by a neighbor who investigated after not having seen him for several days. He died en-route to a doctor's office.

Survivors include one son, Lawrence of Iowa, one brother, the Rev. Ed Bellows, Fayette; two sisters, Mrs. Coral Fruechte and Mrs. Angie Gantenbein. His wife was the former Cecilia Gabbott.
