La Crescent, Minn., Jan 13 - The funeral of Arthur Easton, 18, New Albin, Iowa, was held at 1 o'clock this afternoon at the Presbyterian church, Rev. Bailey officiating. He died at New Albin of abscess of the brain and the body was brought yesterday to La Crescent, where his people all live. His brother, John Easton, of Aberdeen, S.D., is here for the funeral.

La Crescent, Jan. 17 - Arthur Easton, who died at New Albin, Iowa, the 10th of this month, was brought to La Crescent for burial, and was buried in Prospect Hill cemetery on Thursday afternoon.
Arthur formerly lived in a Crescent, and was always a good boy and liked by everyone. His school class and many others from New Albin attended the funeral here.
The pall bearers were Reuben Yeiter, George Yohe, Elsworth Whitney, John Hurley, Ralph Harris and Wm. Wetzel. Rev. Bailey officiated and W.M. Selby was in charge.
