Waukon- Mrs. Jacob Christ, widow of a Waukon pastor, died Monday at the home of her step-daughter, Mrs. John Sief(?)nea, Waukon. As Bertha Dietrich, she was born at McGregor 82 years ago. On Sept. 16, 1919, she was married to Jacob Christ, who died in 1938. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery.

Note: Search a Grave records indicate Bertha Christ was the daughter of Frederick Albert and Caroline (Hartwig) Dietrich.
