WAUKON - News was received here Friday of the death of Adolph Bakkum, former resident of Waukon, at Fosston, Minn. He was born in this vicinity 69 years ago. Forty years ago he was married to Nettie Hanson. She and their three sons survive.

DOB: May 14, 1935

Note: Search a Grave records indicate Adolph Bakkum was the son of Andreas Amundson and Bertha Reierdatter (Nosteboen) Bakkum. He is buried at Lanstad-Hope Cemetery in Fosston, Minnesota.
