Alfred Monserud, 90, Dies at Waukon
WAUKON - Alfred Monserud, 90, former secretary of the Allamakee county farm board and a former Excelsior school board member, died Thursday after a long illness.

Surviving are a son, Alfred, Jr., Cedar Rapids; two daughters, Mrs. Herbert Jenkins, Waukon, and Mrs. Milton Lemme, Cedar Rapids; 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a brother, William, Harpers Ferry.

Services: Saturday at 1:30 in East Paint Creek Synod church. Martin Brothers.
