Waukon, Ia. - Funeral services for Mrs. Michael Mooney, 63, will be held here Friday morning at St. Patricks Church with the Rev. E.J. McDonald, pastor, celebrating the requiem mass. Burial will be in the family lot in the Wexford Cemetery.

Mrs. Mooney died Tuesday afternoon at her home here following a several months' illness.

As Bridget Kernan, she was born July 25, 1878 in Allamakee County, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kernan. She was married 25 years ago to Mr. Mooney and they farmed in this vicinity until seven years ago when they retired and moved to Waukon.

Surviving are her husband; three children: Mrs. Don Birdsell of Waukon; Harold on the home farm and Kathryn at home; three sisters: Sister Mary Justine of Minneapolis; Mrs. Eugene Mooney of Lafayette Township and Ellen Kernan of Lansing; and five grandchildren.
