Lansing, Ia., April 11 - The body of Andrew Gleason was brought here for interment Thursday afternoon from Rutherford, Ia., where he had resided for a number of years.

The deceased was 84 years of age, and a native of Limerick, Ireland. He came to America with his parents when young and resided on a farm in Taylor township.

He was united in marriage there to Miss Mary Ryan, who preceded him in death several years ago.

He resided for many years at Wexford, and also resided for some time at Mason City. Several sons and daughters survive his death. The funeral was held from Wexford church, Father Laffin officiating and interment was made in Wexford cemetery.
