Iva W. Reincke, 80, of 1403 5th St. NW died Tuesday at Mercy Hospital following a brief illness.

Iva White was born Sept. 3, 1901, at Waukon and was married to Delmar A. Reincke on July 7, 1926, at Waukon. He died in 1980.

She had been a school teacher in rural schools near Postville and Waukon and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Surviving are one daughter, Betty Gallagher of Cedar Rapids; one son, Cletus A. of Redondo Beach, CA; one brother, Edmond White of Waukon; seven grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Services: 1 P.M. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church by the Rev. Roland Hischke.

Burial: Linwood Cemetery. Friends may call at Turner Chapel West from 2-9 p.m. today and at the church from noon to 12:50 p.m. Thursday when the casket will be closed. It will not be open following services.

Note: date of death was 12/18/1981.
