Death of Former Allamakeean.
W. H. Young is in receipt of a letter from his sister, Mrs. Joe Bulman of Regina, Canada, which conveyed the news of her husband's death, as follows:
“It becomes my painful duty to relate to you that Joe, my companion for so many eventful years, is gone from my side, having passed away Jan. 28th, aged 67 years, 9 months and 17 days.
“I am glad to be able to tell you, Will, that he made his peace with God. He suffered quite a bit for the last few years though no violent pain at any time even up to the time of his death. He passed away without a struggle.”
Deceased was born and raised on English Bench and besides his wife, is survived by two sons, Harold and Paris, and one daughter, Pearl.
