Vernon S. Peters, 59, of Lansing, owner of Peters Insurance Agency for the past 24 years, died Wednesday night at a La Crosse, WI, hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church, Lansing, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the Burke Funeral Home.

Survivors are his widow, Margaret; two daughters, Mrs. David (Darlene) Wold of Minnesota, and Mrs. Tom (Verna) Fitzpatrick of Union Grove, WI; three sons, Lyle Duane and Darrell, all of Lansing; and seven grandchildren.
