Waukon- Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Community church at Postville for Mrs. William Christopherson of Post township who died Saturday at the University hospital at Iowa City after a few weeks illness of rheumatism and heart trouble. Burial was made in Postville cemetery.

Mrs. Christopherson, whose maiden name was Miss Alice White, was born in Franklin township 27 years ago, and in 1923 she was married to William Christopherson, making their home on a farm near the Old Stone House. Besides her husband she is survived by three children, two boys and a girl ranging in ages from five years to five months. She also leaves her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter White and four brothers and three sisters, namely, John, Edmund, Elmer and Ernest, and Miss Lois White at home; Mrs. Herman Sieg and Mrs. Chris Reineke, all of that vicinity.
