Waukon- Services for Mrs. Solve Kolsrud, 78, who died Thursday at her home in Chicago, were Saturday in Skeeles Colonial chapel in Chicago, with burial in Arlington cemetery at Elmhurst, Ill.

The former Gunda Bakkom, she was born in 1873 in East Paint Creek township. She moved to Chicago about 25 years ago.

She is survived by a son, Harry, of Los Angeles; five daughters, Mrs. Agnes Sweeney and Mrs. Wayne Harlan, of Chicago, Mrs. Martin McCall and Mrs. E. W. Nordstrom, of Elmhurst, Ill., and Mrs. Chester Gates, of Miami, Fla.; a brother, Alfred, of Waukon, and a sister, Mrs. Carl Gilbertson, of Waukon.
