Mrs. Charles Henry, One of the pioneer
Mothers of Allamakee, passed away
Friday at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. Charles Haas on Lansing Ridge.
She was born in Ohio on May 15, 1849,
being past 70 years of age. A family
of grown children survive to mourn
the loss of a fond mother. Funeral
services were held at Lycurgus Monday
with interment in the cemetery nearby.
