Postville Review, Sat., 26 Jan. 1878.

In this village, on the 18th inst., May Mabel, only daughter of G. W. and M. E. McKay, aged eight years, three months and 1 day.

Note: There is no May Mabel McKay listed in the Wodmansee Burial Book. There is a George W. McKay 1832 - 1903 and Mary E. McKay 1838 - 1919 listed in Area B of Postville cemetery. Any relationship unproven at this time.
