Death's Sad Doings of the Past Week In Allamakee.

Grandma Fleming, whose dangerous illness at Laurel, Neb., was noted in our last issue, was buried here on Tuesday, the body arriving in charge of her sons, William and Jno., son-in-law, J.P. Gallagher and grandson, John Fleming, interment being in the Catholic cemetery west of town. Deceased was aged about 80 years, and came to this country from Ireland in 1847, and to this county in 1854, being therefore among our earliest settlers. She went to reside with her children in Nebraska three years ago.
