Contributor: Connie Ellis (Not related)Norma Jenny Paus, 70, of Eitzen, Minnesota died Monday, September 4, 1989 at Lutheran Hospital in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Funeral services were held Thursday, September 7, 1989 at St. Luke's United Church of Christ in Eitzen. The Rev. Irwin Young conducted the 11 a.m. services, and burial was in the church cemetery. Haugen-Roble Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Norma was born November 12, 1918 in Winnebago Township, Houston County, Minnesota to Richard and Emma Pottratz. She graduated in 1937 from Caledonia, MN High School. On April 30, 1942 she married Harold Paus. She was a member of St.Luke's UCC, its women's fellowship, and the Senior Citizen's group in Eitzen.
Surviving are her husband, three sons, John, Russell, and Stanton, all of Eitzen; a daughter, Dixie Plagge of New Albin, Iowa; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Leona Roeber of Tulare, South Dakota, and Erma Staggemeier of New Albin, Iowa and a brother, George Pottratz of Eitzen. She was preceded in death by a brother.
