Willis Conrad Ludeking, 71, died March 31 at his home at 704 6th Ave. SW, Waukon.

Services were Saturday at Zalmona Presbyterian Church with Rev. James Jacobson presiding. Burial was in Zalmona Cemetery. Pallbearers were Edwin Weymiller, Duane Leppert, Gary, Greg and Geyle Brink and Greg Winkler. Martin's Funeral Home, Waukon, was in charge of arrangements.

He was born Jan. 21, 1916 at Waukon, the son of John A. and Sarah A. (Kruger) Ludeking. Educated in local rural schools, he was a retired farmer, a carpenter and an employee of a car wash in Waukon.

He had 2 children, Mrs. Ron (Tammy) Krivachek of Decorah and Dan Breeser of Waukon. He married Sandra Witt on Dec. 1, 1978 at Zalmona Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his children, his wife, 2 sisters, Mrs. Leo (Ruth) Brink of Waukon and Mrs. Eldon (Joan) Lucas of Prairie du Chien.

He was a member of the session of Zalmona Presbyterian Church and other church groups and of the Elks Club in Decorah.
