Waukon resident Coral H. Klees, 60, died Tuesday, May 3 at the Good Samaritan center.

She was born in Allamakee county Sept. 18, 1922, the daughter of Gerald and Stella Livingood Moose. She attended local schools and married Paul Klees Sept. 8, 1943 in West Union. She was also a member of the United Methodist church.

Survivors include seven daughters, Mrs. Phillip (Linda Lou) Heeler of Maryville, MO, Mrs. Jim (Sandra) McKee and Mrs. Vernon (Janice) Shogren of Lansing, and Mrs. Albert (Dixie Lea) Keenan, Mrs. Bill (Janet) Reinhardt, Nancy Klees and Susan Klees, all of Waukon; two sons, Kermit and Daniel, both of Waukon; 12 grandchildren; three brothers, Gaylord Moose of Monona, Claude Moose of Waukon and Hubert Moose of Garnavillo, and one sister, Mrs. Ralph (Eloise) Welch of McGregor. She was predeceased by her husband, in 1971, a son Sammy and three brothers, Ralph, Milbourn and Hollis.
