Mrs. Wm. Adam Called By Death

Succumbs Following six week's illness; Services held in Ludlow

Funeral services were held last week for Mrs. William Adam, who passed away following a six week's illness.

Mary Stock was born Dec. 19, 1881 in Allamakee county. She attended the rural schools in Ludlow township. She was married to William Adam and the couple made their home on a farm i Ludlow township.

Besides her husband she is survived by five children: Mrs. John Hansmeier, and Mrs. Arthur Grotegut, both of Waukon; Walter and Elmer of Postville and Mrs. Clarence Ludeking of Ossian. She is also survived by a brother, William of Ludlow.

Services were held from the Bethlehem church with the Rev. John Klosterboer officiation. Interment was made in the adjoining cemetery.
