KASSER - At the home of her parents in this township, August 20, 1897 of cholera morbus, Maude L. daughter of John and Harriet Kasser, aged 2 years and sixteen days. The funeral Sunday afternoon, conducted by Rev. R. L. Vannice and the remains were laid to rest in Oakland Cemetery.

Note: Maude L. Kaeser was born 4 August 1895 in Makee Township, Allamakee County, Iowa the youngest daughter of John J. and Harriet Deremore Kaeser.
