DIED--At her home in this city, at 2 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, Mrs. Osmer, wife of Albert Osmer, aged 31 years. Deceased had been in poor health for some years, and death came as a welcome relief. She was the daughter of Julius Nelson and leaves a husband and three children. Funeral took place at two o'clock Wednesday afternoon.
