Frieda Wiemerslage, 94, formerly of New Albin, died Saturday, July 6, 1985, in Thornton Manor nursing home at Lansing.
She was born May 30, 1891, in Allamakee County to Bernhard and Frederike (Holt) Welper. She married Louis Wiemerslage and he died Nov. 5, 1954.
She was a member of the women's fellowship of St. Luke's United Church of Christ in Eitzen, Minn.
Survivors are a son, Leland of Dorchester; two daughters, Norma Breeser of Lansing and Betty Erickson of Marion, Iowa; seven grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two greatgreat-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two children, a great-grandchild, six brothers and six sisters.
Services will be on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in St. Luke's United Church of Christ, Eitzen. The Rev. Milton Kading will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the New Albin Funeral Chapel today from 4 to 9 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the services. A
