John Charles Kralik

John Charles, son of Katherine and Frank Kralik, was born in Czech Slovakin, July 29, 1864. He was one of a family of ten children who with their parents came to America in 1872, locating first in Cleveland, Ohio. When 20 years of age he came to the Kralik home one half mile south of Williamson.
He was married to Miss Mart Rowland, March 16, 1887. To this union three children were born, Nellie, Lillie, and Violet. Violet departed this life when an infant nine months of age. The family have always made their home in this vicinity, the last 43 years being spent on the farm northeast of Williamson. Mr. Kralik was a kind and affectionate husband and father, a neighbor of commendable spirit, a man of generous and helpful nature and friendly to all who know him.
John C. Kralik departed this life October 27, 1933 at the age of 63 years, 2 months, and 28 days. Mr. Kralik leaves to mourn his departure, his beloved wife, two daughters, Mrs. Nellie Wallace and Mrs. Lillie Swisher, one sister, Mrs. Anna Krisinger of Des Moines, and three brothers, Joseph Kralik of Prescott, Frank Kralik of Cromwell, and Albert Kralik of Linzy, Nebraska; and two granddaughters to which Mr. Kralik was very much devoted. Nadine Wallace and Ardis Swisher, beside many relatives and friends.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Z. M. Bresaler at the John C. Kralik home, Sunday afternoon, October 29, 1933 and interment was made in the Rose Hill Cemetery of Nevinville.
