Vernie Leo Weaver, youngest son of Miles and Mina Weaver, died at their home near Hayes, Mach 10, 1902, aged 1 year, 7 months, 5 days, of lung and brain fever. Funeral was conducted at Hayes M. E. Church on March 11, by Rev. Mr. Bates, interment in Lincoln Center Cemetery. The sorrowing parents have the sympathy of a host of friends in this their sad affliction.
