Mrs. Agnes B. White, 71, died at 2:08 p.m. Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Bray, 1205 Lake Street in Creston, after a lingering illness. She had been in poor health for several years.
Funeral services were held at St. Malschy's Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Rev. Marian Kolinex officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
Agnes B. Conway, was born at Nodaway March 2, 1876, the daughter of Domnic and Cathrine Conway. She was married at Corning in 1896 to George White, who preceded her in death in April 1931. She came to union county in 1911.
Surviving are four daughter, Mrs. Cathrine James of Murray, Mrs. Evelyn Shoemaker of Center Ridge, Arkansas, Mrs. Mildred Sheridan of Pampa, Teas, and Mrs. Grace Bray of Creston; one son John White of Creston; and two sisters, Elizabeth Conway of Creston, and Mrs. Phyllis Kennedy of Nodaway. A daughter Anna White died in 1918.
Mrs. White was a member of St. Malachy's church and of St. Ann's Improvement Club.
