Pearl Huntington was born in Adams County, Iowa on March 23, 1883, and was 48 years, 1 month, 1 day old at the time of her death (died April 25, 1931 in Omaha, Nebraska). She attended the Corning High School and had two years nurse's training in Creston and one year at Columbia, Missouri, where she was graduated. At the time she was taken ill she was nursing in Omaha, and during her illness continued to make that her home. She was married to George Muirhead January 28, 1914, and he preceded her in death several years ago. She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Charles H. Mrs. Lillian Frank, and Mrs. Elizabeth, of the Corning vicinity; Albert, Mrs. Helen Gifford of Minnesota, and Clarence.
Mrs. Muirhead was a patient, bright, happy disposition, and as her illness took such a firm hold, she was always radiating life and love to others. Her many friends express sympathizing with the sorrowing family in grief because of her passing.
