Mrs. Mary, (Mary Beatty) wife of Jackson Bixler, died Sunday morning from heart failure, caused by a surgical operation, aged forty-two years. The funeral services were held at the home yesterday at 11 o'clock conducted by Rev. J. A. Bruce. Interment in Oakland cemetery at Quincy. The family have the sympathy of the community in this sad affliction.

Newt Beatty and family of Lucas attended the funeral of his sitter, Mrs. Jack Bixler, who died Sunday of heart failure, caused by a surgical operation. She was 43 years old. The funeral was conducted at the home Tuesday at 11 o'clock by J. A. Bruce, interment in the Oakland Cemetery at Quincy. The bereaved husband and other relatives have the sympathy of many friends.
