Martha Gibson
The death of Martha Elizabeth, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Gibson, occurred last Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the effects of a sudden attack of catarrhal fever. The funeral was held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence and was conducted by Rev. R. W. Shaw, pastor of the Methodist Church. Interment was made at Walnut Grove Cemetery. The parents are heart broken over the loss of their baby girl and their many friends deeply sympathize with them in their affliction. Little Martha was aged 2 years, 10 months, and 7 days, and was a very bright and interesting child and won the hearts of her many friends by her affectionate and little cunning ways.
