Kenneth Clayton Bunting, 82, was bom Oct 21, 1912, in Adams County to Pearl Jessie and Nellie Esther Lawrence Bunting. He died at his home Oct. 29, 1994.
He married Wilma Hadley Feb. 26, 1937, at Creston. He lived In Adams County and farmed the Howard farm for 43 years before retiring to their home in Corning In 1978. He was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Mr. Bunting was preceded in death by his parents; son Ronald Dell; and two brothers-in-law.
He Is survived by his wife; sister Rowena Gearheart; two God children, Todd Grill and Chad Ranck.
Services were held Oct. 31 at Roland Lindsay Chapel with the Rev. Richard Layman officiating Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery, Corning. Casket bearers were Ron Brown, Boyd Fudge, Kent Lines, Chuck Lyles, Harold Roush, Jim Walter. Honorary casket bearers were Guy Brace, Jack Morrison, Roger Peterson, Wayne Crill, Paul Odson, Dave Walter.
Memorials have been established to High School Award in Ron and Kenneth Bunting names.
