Uriah Dunn, son of James and Martha Dunn was born April 7th, 1842 at Bradford, Stark County, Illinois and died April 20th. 1930 at his home in the Quincy vicinity, aged 88 years and 13 days. Mr. Dunn was injured several months ago and has suffered from a broken hip and other painful complications which have made him a great sufferer.
Mr. Dunn was married to Miss Isabell Strum Bradford in Illinois, December 21, 1868. His wife still survives him. He was a Civil War veteran, member of Company B, 112th Regiment of the Illinois Infantry. There were five brothers and three sisters in his immediate family. One brother, Jamas Dunn of Tadd, Illinois and sister,
Trencia of Bradford, Illinois survive him.
Funeral services were held at the home Wednesday at 2:00 p. m., conducted by Rev. L. W. Verts. Interment was made in the Quincy cemetery.
