Bassett, Jennie L. -
Mrs. Jennie L. Bassett passed away Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. R. F. Badgett at Corning. She suffered a heart attack shortly after noon and passed away at 3:45. She was 79 years old.

She is survived by five sons and two daughters, Roy and Orval of Lenox; Earl, Ray and Clarence and Mrs. R. F. Badgett of Corning; and Mrs. Stella Griecian of California.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Federated church in Corning.
