TRACY, Edward - help please

TRACY

My 2gr grandfather was Edward TRACY, married to (2) Margaret Agnes MINNER 30 Mar 1880. Edward was born 15 Nov 1845 in Ireland, supposedly was in Pennsylvania, then was in the Civil War, relocated to Adair Co. by 1880 according to the census, and died 9 Jul 1916 in Greenfield. He is buried with his wife and a son at St. John's (?) Cemetery.
Could some kind person help me with the following:?
1)Obit
2)Find out which one of the 42 Edward Tracy's listed for the Union Army in the Civil War is "my" Edward?
3)Any pension records in Adair for him?

I would sincerely appreciate any and all help. I've been looking for 11 years so far.
Thank you.
