Mrs. Melvin Goeldner Claimed By Death

Mrs. Melvin Goeldner of Osceola, the former Lura Faber of Greenfield, passed away at 4:30 a.m. Friday morning May 16,1958 at her home in Osceola. She had been in failing health for several months from a malignant condition. She was 60 years old.
Mrs. Goeldner was graduated from Greenfield High School with the class of 1917 and received a degfee in Home Economics from Iowa State College. Prior to her illness she had been employed as libraian at Osceola for 11 years.
Survivors are her husband of Osceola; a son Paul and a daughter Mrs. A.D.Anderson both of Dallas, Tx.; 1 grandson of Dallas, Tx.;3 sisters Mrs.R.D. Mayes and Mrs.Warren Parkis of Greenfield; Mrs.J.C. Grandfield of Creston; 2 brothers Glen Faber of Greenfield and Jesse Faber of Des Moines. A brother Frank passed away a year ago last February
