Stuart
Stuart is in Penn twp, and was laid out in December of 1868 and January of 1869 by Capt. Charles Stuart. When the original town was laid out there were 4 residences on the original plot. The residence of Widow Hadley on Highland Street, the adobe of Mr. Tomlinson on Front Street near the depot and 2 houses on Division Street.
