Leonard and Ruth (Siefkas) Wolfe are lifelong residents of Murray, except for six months in California, winter of 1941-1942, and three years, Sept. 1942-Nov. 1945, in the Air Force.

Ruth's Beauty Shop was in operation one year, 1940-1941, and again 1946-1962.

Leonard farms near Murray, is a member of the Lions Club and former member of the School Board.

They are members of the Murray Church of Christ.

They have one daughter, Linda; son-in-law, Gail Shanks; and twin granddaughters, Kayla and Gayla, now two years old, who live in Des Moines.
