Shirley, I couldn't find information in Iowa, either, so I looked for Clyde in Helena, Montana, and then traced him backwards. The problem is that the family moved to Missouri, so it was Galt, Grundy County, Missouri. The father apparently was Jesse and the mother was Ann E. Their son Clyde was born Feb., 1889, in Iowa. See the censuses for Clyde W. Pratt plus his WWI Registration Card and the family census for 1900 in Missouri. I didn't look for others.
