The land is located 2-1/2 miles north of Clarion on Madison Ave (R38) just past 195th on the right side of the road for the next 1/2 mile. If you go right on 195th (east) the land extends for a quarter of a mile on the left side. The west half of the NW section consists of 80 acres. It is in Grant Township. Hope this helps.
